Returns & Refunds

 

My product came with missing/damaged items. May I have a refund?

We are happy to either replace or refund your product if you provide the following:

  • Picture of the item in question (with your last name, first initial and date on a piece of paper in front of the product)
  • Order number
Once we receive this information, we will be happy to review and take the appropriate reship steps.

 

May I return my product?

While we currently accept returns on a case-by-case basis, if there is an issue with your product, we are happy to send a replacement if you send us a photograph of the item (with your last name, first initial and date on a piece of paper in front of the product).
